A unique culinary event with Richard Blais at
The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park

MONDAY, MAY 11, 2026 @ 6:30PM
Una Davis Family Stage
The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park
222 Marina Park Way
San Diego, CA  92101

Join President and CEO Martha Gilmer and Music and Artistic Director Rafael Payare for an evening of exquisite flavors and world-class artistry—an experience like no other. Set on the Una Davis Family Stage at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, this extraordinary onstage dining experience offers a rare opportunity to gather where music is made, as Chef Richard Blais guides guests through a one-of-a-kind culinary journey, perfectly paired with wines provided by DAOU Vineyards.
Musicians of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra will perform throughout the evening, bringing the same artistry and expressive power found on the concert stage into this intimate setting.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit the San Diego Symphony’s artistic, education, and community engagement programs, which impact the lives of tens of thousands of individuals across Southern California—including elementary school children and military families—activating positive change and serving our community through the universal language of music.
