Ticket Purchasing and Seating

Every section of The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park is ADA accessible with designated seats available in all seating areas. ADA seating for both transfer and non-transfer wheelchairs, companion and semi-ambulatory are available at each performance, and can be purchased online or through the Ticket Office. For questions regarding accessible seating or to request an accommodation, please contact our Ticket Office in advance at 619.235.0804 or tickets@sandiegosymphony.org.

Individuals purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park may purchase up to three (3) additional seats for their companions in the same row and that are contiguous with the accessible seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold and are not available, our box office will offer other seats as close to the accessible seats as possible.

Please note: seats in the middle of a row, which are not ADA-designated, cannot be removed to accommodate mobility devices.

Parking

Limited accessible parking is available around Embarcadero Marina Park South. We recommend purchasing parking in advance for the Fifth Avenue Landing Lot or the Hilton Bayfront Parking Garage for concerts and events. Advance parking may be purchased directly through Ace Parking.

Shuttle service, including an accessible shuttle equipped with a lift, is available from outside the Hilton Parking Garage and on Convention Center Drive, across from the Fifth Avenue Landing Lot. Accessible shuttles will drop off outside of Gate 3 prior to the performance and pick up from the same location post-concert.

Patrons may also be picked-up or dropped-off in designated areas in the traffic circle, located outside of Gate 1.
